Shipping policy

Our terms of delivery are set out in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Click here to see these. For your convenience, we have posted a brief summary here. Of course, the General Terms and Conditions themselves are leading.

When will I receive my order?

We guarantee that we will fulfil your order within 30 days from when you place your order (GTC, Subject 13.3). In practice, our products have a delivery time of between 1-3 days. The exact delivery time is stated for each product in the webshop.

What happens after ordering?

After placed your order, our team gets to work to get you your products as soon as possible. You will receive a Track&Trace code by e-mail to keep track of your order. 

What happens if my order is late?

If your order is late we will notify you (GTC, Subject 13.4). You then have the right to cancel your order and initiate a return procedure. In that case we will fully refund you, in accordance with our refund policy. You can find our refund policy here.
